Integrative Psychotherapy

A SOUL-CENTERED APPROACH TO GROWTH

I help clients become who they truly are,

Rather than who the world told them to be.

Tending to the wholeness of individuals is the focus of my work. As psychoanalyst Marion Woodman used to say, “healing means to make whole”, and my practice is dedicated to this ethos. Life experiences can cause us to sequester parts of ourselves away, and healing requires us to call those aspects of self back home. While supporting clients in moving towards their personal goals for therapy, I listen deeply and invite clients to listen to their experiences of the body, mind, soul and spirit, as well as consider connections to culture, ancestry and ecology. Through somatics, depth psychology, transpersonal psychology and parts work, I provide clients with the support and practical skills for strengthening their relationship with their own inner guidance system, leading them towards expanded possibilities for their lives.

By attuning to one’s own inner compass, openings become possible for such things as recognizing personal gifts, experiencing deeper connection, cultivating meaning and purpose, experiencing vitality following grief, or furthering self-development.

“Deep in our bones lies an intuition that we arrive here carrying a bundle of gifts to offer to the community…Gifts are a consequence of authenticity; when we are being true to our natures, the gifts can emerge.”
